We thoroughly review all our shipments, but if there is an error in the model, size or color with respect to your order, please contact us by phone or via email (info@lolaalmagro.com), indicating the order number and type of error in order to provide a quick solution so that you receive your correct order as soon as possible.
If when you receive the order the shoe does not fit you well, it does not fit as you expected or you simply do not like it, you just have to access your customer file and in the section corresponding to GENERATE RETURNS and fill it in with the requested information. to proceed to send you new ones or pay you the amount for them, as you indicate. You have 15 days for exchanges and returns from when you received the order. Remember that we will send you the first change again for free. Returned shoes must be unused and in their original packaging as you received them.
Returns have a cost of €4.95, based on collection costs . For orders of more than 2 units, the return cost will be €9.95 , which will be deducted from the amount to be returned from the total order placed.
It does not involve any type of cost for the client:
- The first size change requested.
- The return of the product due to its defect or defect, in which case the total amount of the order placed will be refunded as long as the product arrives in perfect condition, totally new, unused and in its original home with labels.
LOLA ALMAGRO reserves the right to not accept the exchange or return of items that do not come in perfect condition.
If any unit(s) of the same order are returned, the shipping conditions will be reviewed and those resulting from the order finally confirmed by the customer will apply.
LOLA ALMAGRO will send the collection service once in the time range established by the client in its return (morning or afternoon hours): In the event that the client is absent at home at the time of collection, they must arrange for the shipment of the pair to our facilities to proceed with the return.
Please note that for shipments to the United States and Canada, shipping is free. However, size changes are not allowed in these cases, so we recommend that you carefully review the size chart before making your purchase.
